The ordinal numbers from 101 to 1000
Reminder: ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd, etc.) agree in both number and gender with the noun that follows them.

The ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd, etc.) from 101 to 1000 are generally formed by taking the cardinal number (1, 2, etc.), dropping the final vowel and adding -esimo/a/i/e.
101: centouno → centounesimo
(one hundred and first)
202: duecentodue → duecentoduesimo
(two hundred and second)
354: trecentocinquantaquattro → trecentocinquantaquattresimo
(three hundred and fifty-fourth)
450: quattrocentocinquanta → quattrocentocinquantesimo
(four hundred and fiftieth)
545: cinquecentoquarantacinque → cinquecentoquarantacinquesimo
(five hundred and forty-fifth)
647: seicentoquarantasette → seicentoquarantasettesimo
(six hundred and forty-seventh)
878: ottocentosettantotto → ottocentosettantottesimo
(eight hundred and seventy-eighth)
909: novecentonove → novecentonovesimo
(nine hundred and ninth)
1000: mille → millesimo
(thousandth)
When they end in -tre or -sei, we keep the final towel and drop the accent from tré.
