Sí as reflexive personal pronoun: solo piensa en sí mismo (he only thinks of himself).
Sometimes sí serves to replace third person pronouns, both singular (él, ella or usted) and plural (ellos, ellas, ustedes).
Puede hacerlo por sí mismo → puede hacerlo él mismo.
He can do it himself.
Pueden hacerlo por sí mismas →pueden hacerlo ellas mismas.

In these cases:
- Sí must always go after a preposition (a, de, por, para, etc.).

The team's supporters could not contain their joy.
- It is used to refer to reflexive actions (i.e. those performed and received by the same person).

Note: when sí follows the preposition con, it changes to consigo.
