to arrive (at the airport, in China): 到达,抵达(中国的机场)
to arrive at (an agreement, a decision): 达成、形成(协议、决定)
注意: 在英文中, "to arrive" 一词一般用于描述到达目的地。比喻意义上的 "succeeding"是不常见的。To reach an agreement 和 to reach a decision 是更自然的解释。
