I study in the morning or in the evening, but never in the afternoon. As a beginner, I was listening to the audio a few times but now I listen just once and understand better. I have just spent one month in Chile and during breakfast I could talk to everybody: Australian, Irish or German and of course the Chilean people. I enjoyed it because I needed listen to them with a lot of care but without repeating. Wow!! After 3 weeks of lesson in London and 6 months daily with Gymglish, I noticed my English improving, thanks to you.
