I started Gymglish about four months ago. As you say in your presentation, the important thing is regularity and routine. Personally, I practise my lesson in the morning while I'm having breakfast. 5 working days, 5 lessons. With the possibility of catching up on missed lessons at the weekend. This routine has made me progress. Gymglish's strong points are the diversity of its content. You can work on audio tapes, texts and grammar rules all at the same time. (I hate grammar, personal opinion). There are different accents. The stories are quite funny and playful.I process my correction in the evening when I get home to remind myself. It reminds me of the lesson. Personally, I also do a weekly discussion class alongside the cpf and I read press articles from the BBC.This helps to diversify the subjects and vocabulary. I ask my teacher technical questions about grammatical rules. The application suits me well, I don't use the conversation module much because I don't have the time. However, I find it relevant even if it sometimes deals with the same subjects. Topics that deal with my personal life. I don't necessarily manage to revise vocabulary that I don't know. It might be a good idea to have a quiz at the weekend on the vocabulary I've learnt since the beginning, to review it.
