Margrit W. Historia

I grew up in Switzerland. My “English career” started in London. I was 20 years old and worked as an au pair for one year for a very nice family with small children. I enjoyed the days in swinging London very much. Back home, I didn’t need the English language much during my career. Something I regret very much today. Now I have been retired for a couple of years. I still write in English with friends in Canada and have English-speaking people in my family. That’s why I started to improve my English skills. I live in the mountains and love hiking in the summer and winter and I love to read. I also take care of my grandchildren regularly two days a week. The English lesson from Gymglish are very entertaining and challenge my brain.
