Frantastique has enhanced my daily rituals, and made me more aware of the specific articulations in language and gesture (I am referring to eye-hand-speaking apparatus connections via the nervous system). As I am a second year Phd student inhabiting a rather labyrinthine mansard with books and papers spread on all the surfaces, I have to refrain from reading texts in disorderly manner. As I need to teach, I have become a permanent intellectual somnambulist. Frantastique daily lessons foster clarity and humor, and encourage me to perceive letters and not only meanings, and grammatical structures rather than attempting to grasp only theories and emotional resonances. This is easier when learning a new language. The most fun are the moments when I can linger with exercises and sip Chardonnay (this is usually reserved for Fridays), or do yoga practice in between sections of my lesson.
