Frantastique is lovely! I start my days with a bit of French and really enjoy it. The short stories and illustrations are funny, and there is a lot of information about French culture - and especially French humor! Step by step, my French is improving. I am from Berlin and never learned French at school, but taught myself to read the language. As an archivist and art historian, this is essential! However. A couple of years ago, I spent some time in Switzerland and in Alsace - and realized I didn't understand spoken language and wasn't able to communicate.
