Here is Nicole T's success story.
My parents gave me the first name Nicole because I was born on July 14 - that was it for French. At school, the name was always mispronounced "Nikolee" or something and I was happy when I was allowed to learn French as a 3rd foreign language at school. My enthusiasm was great, but unfortunately I didn't have much opportunity in life to use this beautiful language in everyday life, apart from a few vacations. People answer you in English when the other person easily reveals their ignorance of the language. Now that the children are grown up (I am 60 years old) I have firmly resolved to revive my "old love" for this language and culture. It is certainly also very good as brain training and prevention of degenerative brain disease...Frantastique is great fun for me, it is much better than any school or other language learning program (I have tried) because it personalizes to one's weaknesses and deficiencies in grammar. I love the aliens and the Café Gourmand, where you also get movie tips. Everything is done in an entertaining way - so I look forward to my lesson every day, which takes no more than 10-15 minutes. It can always be done, because I find it a pure joy. Will I ever be able to speak fluently? That is my goal and the road to get there is long, but definitely beautiful! Thanks to the creative Gymlish team - you are great!
