The verbs comenzar (to begin, to commence), empezar (to begin, to start) and tropezar (to stumble, to trip) in the imperative
Reminder: in the imperative, verbs ending in -zar are irregular and change the -z- to a -c- with the pronouns usted, nosotros/as and ustedes.
Avanzar → Avance
To advance, to move forward → Move forward
Rechazar → Rechacemos
To reject → Let's reject
The verbs comenzar (to begin, to commence), empezar (to begin to start) and tropezar (to stumble, to trip) follow this pattern and also add an -i- with the pronouns tú, usted and ustedes.
Comenzar → Comienza
To begin, to commence → Begin
Empezar → Empiece
To begin, to start → Start
Tropezar → Tropiecen
To stumble, to trip → Trip
