The house seems enormous to me.
Las casas me parecen inmensas.
The houses seem enormous to me.
- To add emphasis, we use a + prepositional pronoun Pronombres preposición before the indirect object pronoun.
—Y a ti, ¿qué te parecen los nuevos vecinos? —A mí me parecen muy amables.
-And what do you think of your new neighbors? -They seem very nice to me.
- To form a negative opinion, we put no before the indirect object pronoun.
—¿Cómo te parece el nuevo contable? —No me parece extraordinario.
-What do you think of the new accountant? -He doesn't strike me as anything out of the ordinary.
- To ask someone if they agree with something or accept an invitation, it's common to use the indirect object pronoun Pronombres CI + parece, and answer with the same structure.
—Vamos al concierto, ¿te parece? —Sí, me parece.
-Let's go to the concert, shall we? -Yes, let's.
