Ordinal numbers from 100 to 1000
These are the ordinal numbers that correspond to the hundreds:
200º (200th) → Ducentésimo/a (two hundredth)
300º (300th) → Tricentésimo/a (three hundredth)
400º (400th) → Cuadringentésimo/a (four hundredth)
500º (500th) → Quingentésimo/a (five hundredth)
700º (700th) → Septingentésimo/a (seven hundredth)
800º (800th) → Octingentésimo/a (eight hundredth)
900º (900th) → Noningentésimo/a (nine hundredth)
1000º (1000th) → Milésimo/a (thousandth)
Between 100 and 1000, the ordinals are formed following the structure: hundred + ordinal from 1 to 99.
302º → Tricentésimo segundo
three hundred and second
513º → Quingentésimo decimotercero
five hundred and third
657º → Sexcentésimo quincuagésimo séptimo
six hundred and fifty-seventh
839º → Octingentésimo trigésimo noveno
eight hundred and thirty-ninth

- The ordinal numbers agree in gender and number with the noun they accompany.

- Primero (first) and tercero (third) change to primer and tercer before masculine nouns.
Es el tricentésimo primer (301º) día del año.
It's the three hundred and first (301st) day of the year.
Se va a celebrar el ducentésimo tercer (203º) año de la construcción del edificio.
There is going to be a celebration of the two hundred and third (203rd) year of the building's construction.
- In spoken language, people don't normally use the ordinals of such high numbers. Instead, we use the cardinal numbers.
