The present simple tense: irregular verbs (affirmative form)
Reminder: to form the present simple tense of most verbs, we use the infinitive form without to for all pronouns, except for he/she/it, where an -s is added at the end.
To call → I call my mother every evening / He calls his mother every evening

To watch → He watches a movie

To go → She goes to the theatre
To do → Magda does her job well
- Verbs ending in a consonant + -y: remove the -y and add -ies
