Prepositions of time

The different prepositions of time:

IN is used for months, years, periods of time:
in August (remember that the names of months in English begin with capital letters)
in 1976 in 1976
in the seventies
In the future:
in a few weeks a few weeks from now
in a couple of days a couple of days from now
ON is used for days of the week and dates:
on Monday (this Monday) (days of the week also begin with a capital letter)
on Fridays (every Friday)
on August 7th
on Christmas day
AT is used for precise times:
at two o'clock
at 8.30
at six p.m.
Note:
in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening
at night
