The verbs être and avoir in the subjunctive

The verbs être (to be) and avoir (to have) are conjugated in the subjunctive in the following manner.
être en
Que je sois
Que tu sois
Qu'il soit/qu'elle soit
Que nous soyons
Que vous soyez
Qu'ils soient/qu'elles soient
avoir en
Que j'aie
Que tu aies
Qu'il ait/qu'elle ait
Que nous ayons
Que vous ayez
Qu'ils aient/qu'elles aient

J'aimerais qu'elle soit plus gentille avec lui I would like it if she were nicer to him.
Je ne crois pas que nous ayons le droit I don't think we are allowed to.
Note: In general, the subjunctive is used with verbs which express will or wanting, desire, emotion, obligation, doubt or uncertainty.
