Verbs ending in -eler or -eter in the future tense

In the future tense, verbs which end in -eler (such as épeler, 'to spell') or -eter (such as feuilleter, 'to leaf through') can be conjugated in two different ways:
épeler en
J'épèlerai
Tu épèleras
Il épèlera/elle épèlera
Nous épèlerons
Vous épèlerez
Ils épèleront/elles épèleront

Il épellera/elle épellera
Nous épellerons

feuilleter en
Je feuillèterai

Il feuillètera/elle feuillètera

Note: The spelling with the double consonant (-elle or -ette) is the traditional spelling. The spelling with a grave accent (-èle or -ète) is the newer version. Both are equally correct.
Exceptions:
• The verbs appeler, 'to call', and jeter, 'to throw' (and verbs derived from them, e.g. rappeler, 'to remind' or 'to call back') are only conjugated using a double consonant (elle or ette).
• The verbs geler, 'to freeze', and acheter, 'to buy' (and verbs derived from them, e.g. racheter, 'to buy back') are only conjugated using a grave accent (èle ou ète).
