Quelque or quel que?
Quelque(s) is written as one word. As an adjective, it means 'some' or 'a few'. It can also be used as an adverb (invariable) to mean 'around' or 'about'.
J’ai quelques problèmes avec ma voiture (= plusieurs problèmes). I've got some car problems.
Il y a quelque vingt ans que je connais Victor (= environ vingt ans). I've known Victor for about twenty years.

Quel que in two words means 'no matter' or 'whatever'. It is generally followed by the verb être in the subjunctive (or pouvoir être, devoir être). Example:
Quel que soit ton avis, il faut le dire. No matter what your opinion may be, you should express it.
Quel que agrees in number and gender with the subject: quel que, quelle que, quels que, quelles que.
Quelle que soit votre décision, nous la respecterons (quelle que s’accorde avec décision, au féminin singulier). Whatever your decision may be, we will respect it (quelle que agrees with décision in the singular feminine).
Victor, quels que puissent être tes sentiments, je t’aimerai toujours (quels que s’accorde avec sentiments, au masculin pluriel). Victor, whatever your feelings may be, I'll always love you (quels que agrees with sentiments, in the plural masculine).
